With a menu focused on infusing the best local and nourishing produce available, we don't think you should have to choose between eating right, and eating well. We want to connect the farm or field to the plate, seasonally. Our aim is to become a waste free and sustainable restaurant. We believe in local food systems, supporting our farmers, and in the benefits of sustainable practices.
